- bashir sumar Added January 19, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Product looks impressive. What can make this company more successful is if they improved their post-construction service. Phone calls and emails asking to repair defects should not be ignored or left unanswered as that just breeds frustration. As an investor (and their client), that has not been helpful and prevents me from recommending Backspace Living to friends and colleagues with any sense of sincerity.
Tim and Trent both need to take their clients' calls seriously by acknowledging their receipt at the very least and not humiliate them through repeated unanswered calls. This sadly has been my worst and only frustration that makes me want to look elsewhere for future projects. Happy to come back if that behaviour of neglect is changed.
